In the item details page of a map image layer in ArcGIS Online, the name of the service is listed under the Layers section instead of the actual layers.

Additional Information
It is by design. When you add a MapServer service, it is considered as Map Imagery Layer, which does not have the same user interface as the feature layer user interface.Steps to Reproduce
