Additional Information
A new configurable app template called the, 'Zone Lookup' is released which replaces the 'Information Lookup' template. This issue is not reproducible in a Zone Lookup app that is created using the same web map in the provided sample. It is recommended to use the 'Zone Lookup' template. New development work will begin to phase out for 'Information Lookup'.Workaround
Used tiled service for the basemap.
