In the hotel panel for Office 365, the Space Type filter does not populate the use type values for hotel units.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1.Workaround
Once the Hotel list is opened, click the Filter button and select the desired value in the Space Type filter. The Space Type filter displays a list of unique use type values for the hotel units assigned to the user signed in to the app.
