Additional Information
Classic Esri Story Maps templates are in extended support. All users are encouraged to use ArcGIS StoryMaps, Esri's current-generation storytelling tool. The classic templates are no longer under active development and are not recommended for new projects. No further updates to their capabilities are planned.Workaround
Navigate back to the first page of the Esri Story Map Journal template and back to the web map to load the pop-up correctly.
