Bug
In the Citizen Problem Reporter solution, after saving any of the problem web maps in Map Viewer, the icon thumbnail is replaced with a default map extent picture in the web mapping application.

Additional Information
The Citizen Problem Reporter solution has been updated and no longer delivers multiple maps for each problem category. Instead, the category is driven from a CSV choice list, and the corresponding request types are filtered by the category. As a result, this issue no longer occurs in the latest version of Citizen Problem Reporter.Workaround
- Navigate to the following group in ArcGIS Online, https://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?id=415a2e15e29543268a605eeddec41ff2#overvie .
- Open the web map item details of the desired thumbnail.
- In the item details, right-click the thumbnail and select ‘Open image in new tab’.
- Right-click the image, and click ‘Save image as’ to download.
- After saving the desired thumbnails, navigate to the item details for each of the problem web maps on ArcGIS Online, click 'Edit thumbnail', and browse to the image on the computer.
