Not reproducible in ArcGIS Server 10.7.x.Workaround
To alleviate the issue, perform any of the solutions listed below:
- Increase the maximum number of instances available for the CachingController geoprocessing service.
- Restart the ArcGIS GIS Server or restart the CachingControllers directly from the ArcGIS Server Manager.
