In the Atlas template in ArcGIS Instant App, setting Open on 'Load to Map Layers' under Interactivity and Configure Toolbar causes layers to be displayed twice in the layer list.

Workaround

  1. Disable or enable the Map layers widget open on load and starter map settings.
  2. Clear browser cache.
  3. Recreate the Atlas template.
