In the ArcGIS Survey123 field app, the pulldata("@layer") response caching causes submission errors, "Layer '<layer-name>' not found in the feature service."

Workaround

Create a view layer of the feature service the survey points to and update the URL used in the pulldata("@layer") calculation to use the REST endpoint of the view layer.
