Additional Information

Grid labels are designed to be placed at the location they are labeling. To change the position, the labels can be adjusted directly or the Appearance Offset on the Grid Components tab can be used to modify the position relative to the map frame, while preserving label accuracy. In ArcGIS Pro 3.6, the text-specific offsets are disabled to avoid confusion.
