In the ArcGIS Pro Business Analyst extension, the Variable Categories list does not show up in the Color Corded Layer or Infographic Geoprocessing tool when the PC login user includes a Japanese character.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Workaround
Create a PC log-in username with only alphanumeric characters to use ArcGIS Pro.
