In the ArcGIS Online map viewer, the values of fields from Show Related Records do not display in the pop-up when a Join is present on a map service.

Additional Information

The function currently supports relationship classes only.

Workaround

1. Remove the table join. 2. Export the feature class to make the join permanent, eliminating the need for a join on the service.
