Additional Information
Documentation has been updated to reflect the proper workflow: "To sign in to your ArcGIS account, click Search from any location where you have installed ArcGIS for Teams".Workaround
- Navigate to the Options tab> Sign in to ArcGIS.
- Navigate to the Viewer tab > Sign In.
