In the ArcGIS for Power BI web app, adding a secured reference layer from ArcGIS Enterprise to an ArcGIS Maps for Power BI visual does not cause the visual to prompt for credentials after the report is saved and re-opened.

Workaround

Open the developer tools and navigate to Application > local storage > Power BI. Delete the 'esri_connections' cookie, then reload the page.
