In the ArcGIS Field Maps web app, the form information is not honored after updating and saving the web map in Map Viewer Beta.

This is expected behavior when opening separate tabs in a browser. Saving information in one tab does not automatically update the information in another tab. The reason why the smart form is being removed after saving the web map changes is because the first tab is still referencing the previous state of the web map before the smart form is configured. After having opened an existing web map in the new Map Viewer in one browser tab, and creating a smart form through the ArcGIS Field Maps web application in another browser tab for the same map, before saving any changes to the web map through the new Map Viewer, the browser tab must be manually refreshed to ensure it is referencing the current version of that web map with the recent changes. In the upcoming release of the ArcGIS Field Maps web application, users are able to open the web map directly within the same browser tab to make and save changes to the map, which should also help to avoid this issue from happening.Steps to Reproduce
