Additional Information

This is working as expected. Whenever the Collection Settings are changed through the ArcGIS Field Maps app on the mobile device, either via the User Profile or while in Collect mode, they both refer to the same settings and are not independent and are applied universally for that user. In this case, the Collection Settings should be configured on a per-map basis through ArcGIS Field Maps Designer via the App Settings. Refer to the following documentation for additional information: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/field-maps/latest/prepare-maps/configure-the-map.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_3BC3E73DDD764CCAAC2AC2DE15F2D06E. These are separate from those configured on the mobile device.
