In the ArcGIS Enterprise portal, the changes for the field alias name of a hosted feature layer view cannot be saved in the pop-up configuration, accessed from the Visualization tab of the item details page.

The issue does not occur in the Visualization tab when the organization default is Map Viewer. Adopting Map Viewer is recommended as Map Viewer Classic is deprecated. Use Map Viewer to change the pop-ups in the map.
