Additional Information
The fix for the FMEENGINE-75178 issue is merged with FME 2022 b22200. For ArcGIS Data Interoperability, the fix will be publicly released in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 in the first quarter of 2023.Workaround
For users using a version prior to ArcGIS Pro 3.1, add a decelerator in the workspace before the StingCaseChanger transformer to slow down the Bulk edit mode feature in the data workflow.
