In the Adopt-A-Stop web map, the Adopt-A-Stop Dashboard uses a configurable pop-up that fails to identify the correct ObjectID when embedded in an ArcGIS Dashboard.

This issue is not reproducible in Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1.Workaround
Select the stop in the "Total Stops" side panel. This zooms to the feature and opens the configurable pop-up. Selecting the Manage Stop button opens the application to the correct ObjectID.
