In Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, the HTML formatting in the Choices tab appears as HTML code instead of the text in the Data tab of the Survey123 for ArcGIS website.

This is a known limitation as the HTML code does not take effect in the feature table if applied to a string field which uses coded value domains, while it takes effect in the feature table if applied to a plain string field.Workaround
There is no workaround to HTML issues. Remove the HTML formatting to allow the chosen option to appear in the Data tab of the Survey123 for ArcGIS website.
