This appears to be some round off issue with the SDC data as the error is in the 10th decimal place. Use the field calc on the ToBreak values to fix the few problem break values.Workaround
Use Field Calculator to recalculate the features with unexpected break distances in the polygon attribute table and assign the closest original value. Adjust the layer symbology as needed for an evenly spread range of colors.Steps to Reproduce
