In Python, the arcpy.SynchronizeMetadata_conversion tool does not release file lock on the file geodatabase until the process is terminated.

Run the arcpy.SynchronizeMetadata_conversion tool in a separate process using multiprocessing --> terminate the process --> run the rest of the script.-Or-Use the exec statement and run the tool in a separate script (essentially the same idea as multiprocess).Steps to Reproduce
