The behavior is not currently reproducible with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and Microsoft Word. If issues persist, contact Esri Support Services or make use of the provided workaround.Workaround
- Paste without keeping the source formatting (Ctrl + Shift + V), but if the description includes a table or chart, the formatting is lost.
- Copying or pasting from Microsoft OneNote does not create tags.
