Additional Information

The X and Y fields must be numeric in order to be used as the longitude and latitude value.

Workaround

Follow the following workaround:

  1. Add the excel sheet as a CSV file to Portal for ArcGIS.
  2. Publish the CSV file from the overview page in Portal for ArcGIS.
