In Portal for ArcGIS, the Filter widget in Web Appbuilder for ArcGIS does not allow an empty Date field.

This behavior is only observed in Portal for ArcGIS 10.6 and is fixed in Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 by a new feature installed - the empty Date field option as the user mentioned. If the user feels this issue is urgent and needs a fix in a particular version, search a guide for a hotfix request.Workaround
Upgrade to Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 as there are is an option to allow the Date field to be empty.Steps to Reproduce
