In Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer 11.1 and ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Measure tool measuring the polygon or area crashes after clicking on the map one time and then double-clicking on the map the second time.

The issue is fixed in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.26 and therefore ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 (and later releases, which include subsequent versions of ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript).Workaround
Refresh the page and the tool works again.
