Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 on either Linux or Windows. ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 is no longer in active support and the issue is not addressed in this version. Use ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 or latest.
