In Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online, the createReplica request fails to export all data as a CSV file from the ArcGIS Experience Builder Attribute Table widget for a secured ArcGIS Survey123 layer.

Workaround
- Select multiple records from the Attribute Table widget, and select 'Export selected' to generate a CSV file.
- Export all as CSV from the Attribute Table widget in an ArcGIS Web AppBuilder app.
