In Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1, the locked field in a hosted feature service is still editable when the editing is enabled for the Table widget of ArcGIS Experience Builder.

To disable attribute editing, navigate to the Data tab, click Field, and select Editable to turn it off. Disabling editing in the Visualization tab must be used specifically for editing within pop-ups.Workaround
