In Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1, latitude coordinates are slightly shifted in the PDF output of the Print widget when reading the coordinates with the Acrobat Reader Geospatial Location tool.

Additional Information

Adobe Reader/Acrobat ship is a pre-beta 9.x version of PE.dll. This version of PE.dll does not support Web Mercator Aux Sphere by name/wkid. Adobe Reader must be updated to a non-pre-beta PE.dll in their products.
