In Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS, selecting feature shows a different ObjectID in the pop-up window than the actual ObjectID when Refresh Interval is set to the feature layer involved.

Additional Information

This is a known limitation. Esri recommends using a different field for keeping track of features.

Workaround

Uncheck Refresh Interval for the feature involved in the web map and use the web map in Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS.
