Additional Information
This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.7.Workaround
- Reduce the monitor resolution to 1920×1080 with 100% scaling to restore the proper behavior.
- Use the monitor at 100% scaling and the Windows Magnifier to read small text.
