Bug
In Model Builder when raster outputs from Raster Processing Tools, Copy Raster or Raster Calculator are used as intermediate inputs to Focal and Block Statistics Tools, the Neighborhood Settings options are unavailable.

1. Right-Click on the Focal or Block Statistics Tool.2. Choose 'Make Variable'3. Choose from 'Parameter'4. Choose 'Neighborhood'This lifts the 'Neighborhood' parameter out and you can change the settings to it once you open it.Steps to Reproduce
