Control Measure Symbol not following ordered anchor points shown in standard as this was resolved several releases ago. On the Dictionary Renderer Symbology Page under Configuration for model option, use 'ordered anchor points' (instead of geometry).Workaround
Use ArcGIS Pro 3.2 or later.
