Bug
In MapControl applications, overridden callback methods derived from base tool classes (e.g., ‘ControlsMapIdentifyToolClass’) are not called after tools are added and clicked; it happens only for ArcGIS 10 SP3, but it works fine for ArcGIS 10 SP2.
