Bug
In Map Viewer, a web map created using WFS layers and the Dutch Topo RD projection, EPSG: 28992 loses all features when viewed in Map Viewer Classic or ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.

Workaround
- Change the basemap to a basemap with a different coordinate system. After changing the basemap, all features remain visible when the web map is viewed in Map Viewer Classic or in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.
- Create the web map in Map Viewer Classic. Topo RD can be used as a basemap.
