In JavaScript API 4.10 Sketch widget, reshaping graphics behaves unexpectedly when added on loading to same GraphicsLayer used by the widget.

Additional Information

The issue is due to [Sketch] Updating geometry with spatial reference different than view's spatial reference. For now, added it so that it throws an error in cases like this. We are hoping to get this addressed for 4.12.
