Additional Information

The Admin URL used in federation with Portal for ArcGIS must have a trusted signed certificate

Workaround

Turn on administrative access to the ArcGIS GIS Server web adaptor, close the browser tab with Insights for ArcGIS and reopen it from the Portal for ArcGIS home endpoint.
