In Collector for ArcGIS on iOS, the information window for the feature does not contain the pop-up title configured in ArcGIS Online when the symbology is configured in ArcMap prior to publishing the feature service.

This is working as designed.Workaround
In ArcMap, symbolize the feature class using the Single Symbol display option and publish to ArcGIS Online. Set up the symbology based on a field in ArcGIS Online.Steps to Reproduce
