In Collector for ArcGIS (iOS), submitting related records fails, returning the error "The data type are incompatible", if the relationship is between the feature class ObjectID and an editable field in the related table.

Workaround

Manually remove the prepopulated field content (the foreign key in the relationship) and repopulate it.
