Bug
In Collector for ArcGIS (Android) 10.3.3, when working offline, related records cannot be viewed or synced if the related records are added from a feature service referencing data in a PostgreSQL database, and returns the following error message, "Unable to retrieve information, please check connection."

Workaround
Use a different database other than PostgreSQL. This issue is seen in PostgreSQL 9.2.2 and 9.3.5.Steps to Reproduce
