In ArcMap, using a .jpg file as the input and a .tif file as the output for the Clip tool returns incorrect NoData values.

Additional Information

PNG or file geodatabase can handle NoData as mask, TIFF format cannot. If TIFF file is clipped, the Nodata value can be set to 0.
