Bug
In ArcMap, text appears very large and the Help menu dialog is detached from the Help menu if the computer display settings are set to 'Larger - 150%' and the 'Windows Aero' theme appearance is selected.

This issue is not reproducible in the recent Windows version and recent ArcGIS Desktop versions.Workaround
- Set the computer display options to Smaller or Medium.
- Change the Display settings from the Aero to Windows 7 Basic theme (Click Control Panel > Display > Personalization).
