In ArcMap Reference System Properties, add the ability to display longitude and latitude labels on all four sides of the data frame in layout view, particularly for polar projections.

ArcGIS Pro is the next generation of ArcGIS Desktop software and is our primary focus for future development efforts. We do not currently have plans to address this issue in ArcMap.
