In ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro, the Float to Raster (Conversion) tool returns the error "Error 010067" in Windows 10 version 1803.

Float to Raster is a deprecated tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.5 and later. The Copy Raster tool can be used to convert a float file representing raster data to a raster dataset.Workaround
The raster can be exported successfully using other tools, such as the Copy Raster or Raster To Other Format tools.
At present, this is not an option. The Float To Raster tool is used in a developed plug-in and the plug-in works in previous ArcGIS versions.
