In ArcMap 10.5 with Windows 10 operating system, the add-in extensions do not show up properly in the Add-In Manager dialog box from the Customize menu.

Duplicate of BUG-000107717: This issue is a result of not applying timestamp to cache folder on first extraction of add-in. It is fixed in version 10.5.1.Steps to Reproduce
