Bug
In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, using a print service in the Situation Awareness widget with the layout template input mode set to 'Choice List' returns the following error message, "An error occurred while printing the map(s)" when attempting to create a report.

This issue is non-reproducible in the ArcGIS Online 10.1 production version.Workaround
When publishing the print service to the portal from ArcGIS Pro, change the layout template input mode to 'Constant value' instead of 'Choice list'. Refer to the link for more information. The print service can be used in the Situation Awareness widget in the web app to create a report successfully.
