In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, the layer name of the Edit widget is written in English after changing the organization's language setting to German.

Workaround

1. In ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro, create a feature class or a shapefile with a specific name.
2. Add the layer in ArcGIS Online.
3. Create a web app.
