In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, the layer from a group layer displays even after disabling it from the Layer List widget settings.

This issue is not a bug. In the widget setting panel, all settings control the visibility of the layer in the widget. It cannot control the visibility of the map layers at runtime. There are two ways to control the layer visibility: 1. Configure it in Map Viewer by enabling or disabling certain layers. 2. Using URL parameter, the same as the one added as a suffix when opening the layer visibility option, and create a URL in the Share widget.
