In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, the Info Summary widget fails to update when a layer is turned on in the Layer List widget or when it is 'activated' by zooming in to its visible scale.

Workaround

  1. Open the same app (refresh in browser).
  2. Make all layers visible by zooming in.
  3. Check all the checkboxes in the layer list.
  4. Open the Info Summary widget.
