In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, clicking Clear within the Location feature in the Measurement widget does not accurately reset the tool and stops tracking the location of the mouse cursor.

Workaround

Clicking another location on the map while using the Location tool restarts the tracking capabilities, even after the Clear button is clicked.
